At FocusJax, we believe, endorse, advocate, and accept the premise that 90% of a successful life is derived from one essential concept: DISCIPLINE. When you apply discipline to your personal goals-whether it’s building a business, improving health, or advancing your education-it becomes a powerful tool for achieving tangible success and financial prosperity.

You’ve heard about this belief since you were probably a child, right? If not, I’m sharing it with you now, while you’re in your continuous learning mode. By the way, that learning mode is permanent. Remember, no excuses, please.

Play the game of life with the cards or gifts the universal master has granted you or gained from your Deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) within your molecular structure. With your soul-searching thoughts, you can and will find ways no one else considered to solve a problem or fill a need. Your unique status grants you this willpower.

Hence, stop thinking of yourself as a victim of predicaments, such as a lack of income, education, or where you live, work, and play. Think is possible for the impossible! The words to follow will help you reach this unique stage of forever gratitude.

“Discipline: The Word You Need To Apply”

Lazy writers, bloggers, and other information providers might tell you to go to the web and look up the word’s definition and discover what it means. However, that’s not a bad approach; I intend to convey two vital points here now. I am going to link you to the meaning, not the link per se. I will explain what it means in this blog. No lazy stuff here. According to Merriam-webster.com, discipline features several definitions as follows:

1a: control gained by enforcing obedience or order

1b: orderly or prescribed conduct or pattern of behavior

cself-control

2punishment

3: training that corrects, molds, or perfects the mental faculties or moral character

4: a field of study

5: a rule or system of rules governing conduct or activity

6: Obsoleteinstruction

I’m offering this information for you to decide how to get more in your life. You set the path to get everything you ever dreamed of getting by doing what successful people do every day. Forget or delay inventing a new wheel, take a breath, and find the discipline where you thrive to innovate, revamp, rearrange, alter, merge, adjust, and modify the wheel.

“First Things First”

Discover, validate, and assess your unique knowledge, skills, abilities, behaviors, and other attributes (KSABOA). Take your insight into yourself and find the right way to follow the successful trails others have built for people like you and me to mirror or trace. These successful people could be entrepreneurs like Bill Gates, Robert Johnson, Oprah, Robert Smith, Elon Musk, Rihanna, David Steward, Mackenzie Scott, or Jeff Bezos, Magic Johnson, Tyler Perry, Thai Lee, Taylor Swift, or even eminent dead mentors like Madam C.J. Walker, Reginald Lewis, and Charlie Munger, or Steve Jobs. You choose your field of interest.

So, follow the Nike tagline-“just do it.” Follow people, and learn from their methods, practices, processes, systems, structures, strategies, tools, technologies, and experiences.

Start today and get busy inventing, innovating, and producing a product, good, or service that will allow you to create the life you want. Taking immediate steps can make you feel empowered and confident about shaping your future.

However, I know of no better way to achieve high earning potential or to live by the principles of success than to emulate those who are already successful. That seems simple to me; what do you think?

“Strategies, Systems, Structures, Tools, or Technologies Pave Roadmaps You Will Need”

In most cases, successful folks create a path we can follow if we have the wherewithal to do so. The innovators, mavericks, and dreamers create books, articles, essays, blogs, case studies, testimonials, and newsletters for you to read, study, absorb, and apply in your mental learning plan. The successful types produce podcasts and video interviews and hold face-to-face meetings.

These people generate these paths so you can learn what they are willing to share in terms of knowledge and know-how. I want you to know that your profound and necessary step is to take the time to learn about their mission, vision, objectives, and strategies. In short, you learn how they execute those plans to achieve the actions, results, milestones, or solutions (ARMS) you read or hear about each day. Yes, I made this blog sound simple.

Just remember, discipline is no laughing matter, nor is it an easy plight for you. The premise of ‘Discipline’ reveals the power to overcome any obstacle you encounter, whether it’s setbacks in your business, personal life, or education. With consistent discipline, you can navigate through difficulties and emerge stronger, regardless of where you live, work, or play.

And finally, discipline is also the one secret that every successful person knows, and now you do too. With discipline, you hold the power to shape your life, the life of others, and overcome any challenge that comes your way or crosses your path forever.
