“W” stands for Workload – don’t overload yourself, and do what is necessary. Keep test-driving what my engineering friends call SPPTT: Standards, Systems, Processes, People, Tools, and Technology to fill needs or solve problems for others.

“S” stands for strategy, your delightful way of keeping the focus on the prize to succeed. Bruce Lee, the famous martial arts expert, says, “Think, the successful warrior is the average man or woman with laser-like focus.”
